Renata, I'm sorry to hear about your experience with unexpected charges. We strive for transparency and I apologize for any oversight in explaining the credit card fee. We do offer a cash or check discount, as there are no fees when paying with cash or check. We also have an ATM on-site. Unfortunately, it is not sustainable for any business to absorb customers' credit card fees and this surcharge has become standard at many dealerships. Furthermore, this has been in effect since February of 2023 and there is signage everywhere. If there's anything else we can help clear up here, please feel free to reach out.
