In 2008, Tamiami purchased the Hyundai franchise from the O’Brien organization. The Zellers family and our staff are very proud to be associated with these two outstanding franchises. I like the personnel there, but I had a service issue where I made an appointment for 2 recall issues. I was promised a loaner car-when I got a text the night before that no cars were available. They tol where I made an appointment for 2 recall issues. I was promised a loaner car-when I got a text the night before that no cars were available. They told me i had to call Genesis for a Case #, go rent a car, and then file for reimbursement. I did that and delivered my car on a Monday morning with a request that the work be done by Friday as Genesis was to pay for only 5 days of a rental car. I called on Thursday to inquire if the car would be ready the next day and was told the car had not even been put into the shop yet. I mean I had an appointment, they knew I was coming, they knew my timetable, etc. So you ask me if this is good customer service? I don't think so. More

Had an appointment scheduled at 1015 am, got notified at 12:42 that they were starting my service. Approved for the filter to be replaced wasn’t entered until 1:11 and wasn’t out of there until 130ish. Took 12:42 that they were starting my service. Approved for the filter to be replaced wasn’t entered until 1:11 and wasn’t out of there until 130ish. Took 3 hours to get just an oil change because other cars were in front of me, and there weren’t enough technicians on Saturdays. Which doesn’t make sense as they are in control of how many appointments are scheduled daily. I wasn’t even made aware that it was going to take longer than normal until I asked at 1:11pm More
