I had a scheduled appointment and they still made me wait over 2 hrs for an oil change, tire rotation and replace windshield wiper refills. Found my car in the lot, having nothing done at 1.5 hrs. They also broke my windshield while attempting to replace the wiper refills, and didn't tell me. Called corporate and nothing. UPDATE: They had an Operations Director call me and promise to come see my windshield damage. Guess who no-showed!?! When I called and left a message for the Operations Director to see when he was coming, I was called by another loser nobody from Tampa Honda to tell me they won't taking any responsibility for my damage. Confirmed Tampa Honda is full of liars and crooks. They will damage your property and take NO responsibility!!! More

Had the worst experience today at the dealership service. Had an appointment at 3, due to traffic showed up at 3.15 and they had me sit there waiting for a service advisor in the car til 4pm.
