Bought 2 cars I have bought 2 cars from Tasca. Both times the salesperson was Todd Amaral. The first experience was pleasant but not the second. His manager was I have bought 2 cars from Tasca. Both times the salesperson was Todd Amaral. The first experience was pleasant but not the second. His manager was very helpful. If it wasn't for him I wouldn't have bought the 2nd vehicle. He was rude throughout the process and while test driving the vehicle. Whenever I stop into Tasca the receptionists are nice but whenever having to deal with Todd for sevice or car washes he is rude and disrespectful. I would recommend Tasca but not Todd Amaral. More

Despite an incredibly busy Friday afternoon in the dealership, the sales team (Bayo Dina and Elian Khouri) worked together to get me in my new Ford Focus ST as quickly as possible. After the sale, I noticed scratching on the hood of the car and a chip in the passenger side rear door. Bayo Dino arranged for me to return to the dealership in order to have the service department try to correct the paint issues. Although the paint is still not 100 percent, I was pleased with the effort by Bayo Dino and the service department. However, I do believe that the paint on a new car should be 100 percent corrected for the customer. Overall, a great experience. More

Decent experience My car seems to be good as new since it got serviced; however, I was waiting for more than 2.5 hours for it to be done. Customers coming in after me were told the wait was 1 or 1.5 hours, so I have no idea why I waited almost three. I ended up needing lunch at the cafe and I had to ask an employee how much more I’d be waiting. No explanation was offered to me about why I was waiting so long. I was not to happy that I wasted three hours sitting down when the employee on the phone said an hour and other people around me were being serviced faster than I was. More
