went in for an oil change I went into Tasca for an oil change. I had never done that before. A bit confused an older man who was working stopped his conversation with another customer to say hello and ask if I needed help, and showed me where to go. Great beginning! My person who helped me inside was Eric. He made me feel very comfortable in a setting I was not used to. He came and found me and patiently explained everything they found I may need. Believe me, he gets tons of credit for this as I don't know anything about cars, lol. He checked on me, kept me updated, and found me several times. He was continually professional and polite. When leaving he made sure I had no unanswered questions. He gave me his card so my husband could call directly if I couldn't explain it right. He typed out everything on a paper for me to bring home and followed up with an email that was there by the time I got home. I couldn't have asked to better assistance and now I am not wary at all to bring my Lincoln in for service myself. I will never go anyplace else! I also spent some of my wait time with Jorge in sales, (he was my sales person for this car) who explained to me all of my trade in options, lease options and I am now considering an upgrade to the Continental. He introduced me to a man (sorry, forgot his name) who went out of his way explaining the lease program to me, and helped with running some numbers. Everyone on both sides of the building are friendly and approachable and helpful in every way. I think that I could never get better service, no matter my needs, than I have gotten here. More
