My wife & I went to this dealership late last year to possibly lease a new car and had a great experience with Dino. There was no sales presssure or other foolishness to deal with. Fast forward a few months into 2013 and we decided to purchase a 'newer used' Jeep Liberty and went to see Dino again. He was professional and very easy to work with. He and the finance manager both were up front & no-nonsense. We wrapped up the deal with no fuss. Should we decide to purchase another Jeep, we will definitely return. More

I BROUGHT MY WIFE'S (TAMIKA SLATER) 2004 JEEP LIBERTY IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND TO BUY SOME PARTS. WHEN I GOT THERE CHRIS TOLD ME THAT THERE WAS 7 PEOPLE IN FRONT OF ME. I DECIDED TO STAY ANYWAY. CHRIS WAS VERY HELPFUL IN GIVING ME UPDATES ON THE TIME OF MY WAIT. I THOUGHT THAT IT WAS THOUGHTFUL OF HIM GIVEN THE MANY CARS THERE FOR SERVICE BUT CHRIS WAS VERY HELPFUL. I went to White Plains Chrysler Jeep Dodge last week with a few months left on my existing car lease-- a Mercedes-Benz. Augie personally came over and introduced himself, and sat me down with Gabriela. After letting her know what kind of Jeep and options I was interested in, she took me outside to look over a car they had on the lot. She was knowledgeable about the car, and the various packages they offered. When it came down to discussing the numbers on the car (monthly payments, taking care of my existing car lease, up-front costs), Gabriela was honest and understanding. Augie came over to ensure that the transfer out of my terminating lease and into the Jeep would go smoothly, and even volunteered to have the dealership take my Mercedes back for me after the repairs were done. Roger, in the finance department, came over to clarify all of the terms of the lease and make sure that I understood the details entirely. The whole process of getting out of my old car, and into a Jeep, was done in a day. The dealership really went out of the way to make me feel like a VIP customer, and I got such a great deal. I was looking to finally buy my own car and I knew that the Dodge Avenger was on my top three list. My first reason I came to this dealership was that it was one of the very few open on Sundays. Once I walked in, my eyes fell upon the car of my dreams and everything else was just second best. Dino walked right up to me, introduced himself and then spent the next two hours showing me every little detail on this car. He never once pressured me into buying the car that day even after making me a great deal. I spent two days thinking about this car and by Tuesday night, I bought it. Everyone there made sure all my questions were answered and were incredibly nice to me. For the whole week long process of looking, test driving, signing and driving away, Dino made sure I knew I could call any time with a problem or question and he would have an answer. I have currently turned heads while driving my new car, and proved American made cars are great! I have told everyone I know to go to this dealership to buy a car and when they do to buy it from Dino. I will keep a good relationship going with this dealership for my cars maintenance and when I need a new one, I'm going right back there; but only if Dino sells me the car!! More

At the next visit I narrowed down the options and subsequently decided on a vehicle and set of options. When the dealership could not find the specific package I was interested in, they provided me a slightly more upgraded version at no additional cost. Just another sign of this dealership and Gabriela going above and beyond for their customers. I will definitely shop for my next vehicle here. More
