Better service So I left a 3 star review last time, due to the mess left in my car and not following what I requested to be done. Even after the manager responded about reimbursing me for the issue, I decided to let it slide. I now decided to give their service department another try. Went in for a oil change and warranty check. From the time I called to make the appointment until I picked my car up customer service was great. They were willing to drop me off and pick me up while my car was getting worked all while there was a snow storm. I am grateful for that as I had a lot of errands to run and couldn't just wait in the dealer for my car to finish. The only thing that bother me was that only the oil change was done. For my warranty check I requested I was told to come in on Saturday over the phone. Once I came for my appointment, I was told the radio guy that could check my warranty only works in the weekday and it couldn't be work on Saturday. So sort of disappointed on that part since I was told one thing and then once there i was told something different. But other than that overall experience was way better! Person the took care of me during my appointment was super friendly! More

Salesman of the Year Before I bought my new 2018 Jeep Rubicon, I was set on a different Jeep from a different dealership, and planned to buy it that day. I owned a 2015 Je Before I bought my new 2018 Jeep Rubicon, I was set on a different Jeep from a different dealership, and planned to buy it that day. I owned a 2015 Jeep Patriot and wanted to see what the value of my vehicle would be as a trade-in. During this process of my Jeep Patriot being reviewed, Jeremy showed me Jeep Wranglers that I had in mind which were Jeep Wranglers. We took a drive in a 2018 Jeep Wrangler with the same color that I wanted (blue) and I very much appreciated it, but it just wasn’t the same as the one I had my mind set on. I told him I wanted a Wrangler that stood out, a Wrangler that was lifted, big tires, and a Jeep that I can take all the doors and roof off of. Without hesitation he showed me the 2018 Jeep Rubicon (orange) and even though at the time I wasn’t really looking for that color, it had everything and MORE of what I wanted in a Jeep. He could tell I was in awe of the Jeep and handed me the keys and said “well let’s take it for a ride!” Driving this vehicle I knew I my heart that this was the Jeep made for me, Jeremy showed me all the amazing features of the vehicle and I thought the vehicle would be too much, but the value of my vehicle that I wanted to trade in was perfect, and he was able to get the price I was willing to pay for the Jeep. Needless to say, Jeremy is a FANTASTIC SALESMAN! He is patient, always talking with a smile, very polite, and knew that if this was the vehicle I wanted, he would work late to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my purchase. I can’t thank you enough for making my dream become a reality, everywhere I go, I have people’s heads turning to check out my sweet Jeep Rubicon, and this will be a vehicle that I will have for 20+ years since Jeeps keep their value.
