He made buying my first car a wonderful experience. Kevin was also extremely helpful and nice. He was the finance guy that explained everything thoroughly and in ways that didn't confuse me - which was very helpful because I knew very little to begin with. And before we left, Chuch did an awesome job showing me all the tips and tricks of my great new car! Overall, Taylor Dodge was awesome! They were great in seeking out and satisfying all of my needs! Doing things right I know many people get a certain sense of anxiety while knowing they will have to visit a dealership after there initial and most likely on-line searc I know many people get a certain sense of anxiety while knowing they will have to visit a dealership after there initial and most likely on-line search, (at least we do) or maybe just to go and look on the lot for a car that catches your eye. In our search we had visited other dealerships in the area and treated very poorly and the sales reps seemed he had better things to do and we were wasting their time. What ever happened to real service? What ever happened to genuine, honest people completely willing to help when you ask for it? Well I can say with all honesty they are at TAYLOR. We were treated with genuine kindness and received very good service from our sales rep Ray Marco and also from the finance dept. The management made sure we were being taken well care of and that things moved smoothly the way WE wanted it. Car buying shouldn't be a battle it should be a friendly, fair and even happy experience. We were very happy to do business with TAYLOR because they wanted to earn our business, and they have. I was in once before just to see what they had and was greated by Jayson and even the second t I had a great experiance with everyone who works there. I didn't give him much to work with so I was afraid I wouldn't get to leave with anything, but in the end I was able to go home with a 2018 Jeep Compas and I couldn't be happier.
