Service Department I have been a loyal service department customer of Taylor Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram since I purchsed my 06 Dodge Charger-Daytona Edition from another so I have been a loyal service department customer of Taylor Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram since I purchsed my 06 Dodge Charger-Daytona Edition from another source. While I initially had pretty great experiences with their service department, over the last 12-18 months my overall satisfication with their service department has plummeted! It has become increasingly clear that Taylor's staff don't value loyal, dedicated customers anymore and that their focus is now on how much money they can bring in and how many people they can attempt to service at one time versus focusing on the quality of their customer's experiences and ensuring loyal customers and potentially securing recommendations to new customers. Over specifically the last 7-months I have been attempting to get the rear rotors on my car replaced, which has become a nightmare! Taylor's service staff provided me with COMPLETELY WRONG information about the size and type of rotors my car takes, as well as were entirely unhelpful in locating the correct information. They also informed me that I had a tire pressure sensor that was "going bad", which when I took my car elsewhere to have it serviced I was informed that the sensor Taylor's staff told me needed replaced was actually working appropriately and that it was a different sensor that needed replaced. This leads me to believe that if I had allowed Taylor's service department to replace this allegedly malfunctioning sensor I would have ended up back in to have ANOTHER sensor replaced very quickly. The service advisors and even the service manager are entirely too busy to answer the phone to schedule appointments a lot of the time and do not return calls if you leave a message about scheduling an appointment. Additionally, when I've attempted to address my concerns with the dealership, there has been NO response! It seems that Taylor has just gotten "too big" and no longer recognizes the importance of customers who might not have purchased their vehicle there but are willing to use them for service needs. Since my business is clearly not needed and they are not interested in ways that they could potentially keep customers I have sound a new "home" for all my service needs and will be recommended any- & every-one I know to them. Just as a final note...Taylor has recommended $3,500 in "needed repairs" to my vehicle in the last 12-18 months, which luckily I was able to discover before I shelled out the money were in fact NOT needed AT ALL. BUT they were unable to take care of the ONE area that actually NEEDED repaired! Customers beware...Taylor will do their best to swindle you out of your money! More

Hassle free transaction! I knew the car I wanted and spent a couple of weeks in the Chicago area going from dealer to dealer. I was frustrated with getting "baited" with a pri I knew the car I wanted and spent a couple of weeks in the Chicago area going from dealer to dealer. I was frustrated with getting "baited" with a price which was escalated by different add ons and fees. I found "dealer rater" on line and looked for the dealer with the highest customer rating- which was Taylor! I called to confirm they had the car with the options I wanted and they gave me a price on the phone which didn't change by even one cent when I drove over an hour to get there. The car was exactly as promised. Salesmen were friendly, no haggling, no pushing for extras. I could not be happier with the experience. I have 2 teens that will soon be drivers and will definitely return to Taylor for their cars! More

Impressed! I had been looking for a new safer vehicle for my family. On a whim, I stopped by Taylor Chrysler Jeep and Dodge to look around. Car buying is never fun, but I never felt pressured or uncomfortable throughout the whole experience. Craig and Mike were very friendly and helpful! Everyone worked as a team, there was no competition. I felt comfortable and trusted that I was going to be treated fairly. They exceeded my expectations! The one thing that melted my heart, was there was another couple who had a small child, it was definitely getting late. Mike offered to order the family some pizza, as the salesman could see the child was getting restless. I am very impressed with this dealership and will be going back for sure! More
