The vehicle was clean, warmed up and ready for us when we arrived. Clean, friendly store with a great low key atmosphere. Outstanding once again ! !! We have purchased 4 vehicles from Taylor Chrysler Dodge in the last three years. The original is a Wrangler (20') my wife still drives, the other t !! We have purchased 4 vehicles from Taylor Chrysler Dodge in the last three years. The original is a Wrangler (20') my wife still drives, the other three are because I do not keep vehicles very long. This time we bought a new 2022 Ram 1500 Laramie. Each and every time Taylor has been great to work with, from sales, pricing, delivery and how we are treated with dignity and respect. From day one we were treated like family which has continued each sale. We don't finance through Chrysler, we use are local credit union but signing the purchase paperwork was still easy and flawless. A big shout out to Cody Knapczyk, Ray Marko and Noah Posthumus. Cody and Ray have been awesome to work with, finding exactly what we have been looking for even if the vehicle wasn't on their lot. Once the Jeep or truck was found, working with us to get a price we are all comfortable with, going above and beyond a few times. The looking, browsing, buying process has always been a breeze, never felt pressured into a vehicle or service we didn't want. The whole experience couldn't have been better. Each time we traded in a vehicle and they have been more than fair with the process and value. We have to recognize Cody, Ray and the entire staff and Taylor/Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/ram, Top notch guys at a top notch dealership. More
