I have always been a Chevy customer but my last 2 vehicles I have had issues with and was ready to find a company who cared. I narrowed it down to 2 different ones and test drove them both...of course I like the more expensive one. Pat listened to what I had to say and where I wanted to be with a payment and he worked on it until he got me there. The entire experience was quick and went very smooth. I had spoken to other Ford and Lincoln Salespeople, but none compared to John. First of all, he listened to what I wanted on my car. Then, he went out on the lot, moved several vehicle out of the way, and then to me for a ride in ‘my perfect car’! There was no hassle dealing with John – he found every possible way to reduce the pricing for a favorable lease rate! Then even made it better with the help of the Sales Manager Brian Shinavare! It was late (past closing time) by the time we got all of the paperwork completed, but John got my cell phone Synched-Up before I left. He invited me back to spend an hour with me showing me the Ford Sync features that I had on my trade-in, that I wasn’t aware of! It amazed me what he showed me that I had been missing. I went in today for Taylor Ford’s biweekly Sync Training with two of my friends who had purchased their vehicle at Taylor from another salesperson. No surprise – John was the trainer and Synched-up their phones for them! I’m sure John will delight you, as he has me! More
