We came to Taylor Ford looking for a certain salesman (not knowing he didn't work there) that is how we met Pat Spencer. We told him we wanted to trade in our '98 Honda CRV (with 107,000 miles) and buy a (not knowing he didn't work there) that is how we met Pat Spencer. We told him we wanted to trade in our '98 Honda CRV (with 107,000 miles) and buy a 2012 Escape. The one that we drove was more then my husband wanted to spend. So Pat began the search to try & find what we wanted. I had drove a 2013 Escape (which I wasn't crazy for, but I would settle for if a 2012 wasn't found). Pat called me everytime that a 2012 became available; we would come check it out but did not like it. Then on Monday he called & told me one was coming in from Grand Ledge and asked if I would be interested in looking at it & he would call me as soon as it hit the parking lot. Pat did just as he said & called me & we got there within 30 minutes & I drove it & fell in love & bought it. Pat was exceptional understanding what we wanted in a vehicle. And came through for me. I just hope my experience with the service dept. will go as smoothly. With my CRV, I dealt with the same service dept. for 14 years & they treated me so well; they would explain what work needed to be done & why. Because of bad situations that I had years ago; makes me have reservations about returning a Ford dealership. Time will tell. More

I came to Taylor Ford for two reasos. It had the truck that I wanted and the pricing that I had needed. This was the only dealership that I saw with a Super Crew on sale for leasing. I knew that the product Ford makes sells itself. I fell in love with the truck (I knew I would) what we didn't expect was the great service that Dan gave us. He talked to both myself and my fiance which was just great customer service. Within 12 months we will be back to purchase another vehicle for my fiance from Dan. We live .5 mile from another Ford dealer but we will drive the 30 miles for the service. More
