I went in to purchase a car while my husband was on vacation. I had not worked with anyone at Taylor Ford before. I basically walked in and the first person that said hello got the pleasure of being vacation. I had not worked with anyone at Taylor Ford before. I basically walked in and the first person that said hello got the pleasure of being my salesperson. I was relieved not to be treated as some silly woman and did not feel taken advantage of one bit. I let Dan know what I was looking for and that I was not hard pressed to find something that day. He was very open about what the deals were and said "if I can't find what you are looking for now, I will keep your information and call you when I think I have met your specifications". It was very low pressure and I appreciated that. Dan ended up finding me what I was looking for and I drove off the lot with my shiny red new Escape! I had to bring my car back to have the moon roof installed later that week and they finished it in one day as promised and it works perfectly! Also, I was very pleased at the "extras" that Taylor Ford had compared to other dealers I had worked with. I am enjoying my free 30 days of car washes and have already referred some friends to Dan! I called on Wednesday to make an appointment with Andrew and was able to make as appointment the next day - Thursday at 9:30. I told him what kind of car I wanted and the price range I would afford. My wife and I had been looking for a new car for a couple of months. We were reluctant to consider Ford as we had had a very bad experience several years ago when we had purchased a new Fairmont. We agreed to contact Mr. Lutsey and see what was now offered. We are pleased to report that Mr. Lutsey went out of his way to serve us and meet our needs. Mr. Lutsey has defintely changed our minds about Ford. We are very pleased with our new Ford Escape.
