Pablo was quick to get back to me on a used vehicle in the lot and set up a cash deal for me the same day, it's a beautifully clean 2010 Ford fusion and I'm very happy with the vehicle. Difficult to work with this dealer- unwilling to negotiate even when presented with 2 identical vehicles at lower prices. They were rude and I ended up leaving. Finally ended up negotiating a price negotiate even when presented with 2 identical vehicles at lower prices. They were rude and I ended up leaving. Finally ended up negotiating a price over the phone and they delivered the car with only 1 key. Electronics on the car have been finicky ever since. Felt like I was ripped off and I would not trust this dealership to sell me another vehicle. More
