Went in mostly just looking to get an idea of what I would be looking at for a used diesel truck when the wife's suburban was paid off. Found a truck I liked and the wife said you can get your truck if would be looking at for a used diesel truck when the wife's suburban was paid off. Found a truck I liked and the wife said you can get your truck if I can get this car. I had done my research prior to heading in so alread knew what trade in on the suburban would be. Trade-in allowance was extremely close to what we were expecting. Needless to say the wife and I both were extremely happy when we left with what we wanted. I purchased a 2007 3/4 ton crew cab diesel 4X4 and the wife got a 2010 Dodge Charger. Both of us got good waranties and left with a total combined vehicle payment that was less than what the payment had been for just the suburban. I will definitely go back again if I am in the market for a used car. Have kids that are getting close to driving so may be back in the next year or so. The wife said there was no way that we could work the deal we recieved. When Taylor's says "the only NO you will hear is no problem" they definitely mean it. Excellent experience. Tom worked for me for almost two years to make my purchase at Taylor's a perfect fit. He looked for what I wanted, didn't pressure and called me periodically to see how things were g years to make my purchase at Taylor's a perfect fit. We closed the deal late at night and again Tom was there to the end making sure I was happy. They gave me a fair price on the trade and I know that someone will be happy with my trade later. Brain and Steve help out a lot finding vehicle that fit our life style and needs. They work with us getting us the best deal possible. My search started because I knew I wanted something different than what I was driving but I didn’t really know what I wanted. I met with Jay and he really listened to my wants/needs and made several s different than what I was driving but I didn’t really know what I wanted. We found one that I really liked, Jay was able to point out the things that I would not like just from listening to me and he was right but he was also able to come up with the solutions too. It was not just about selling a vehicle it was truly about being happy with the end product. I ended up buying a vehicle from Jay and have been very pleased with the end price, service, advice, and even the help after the sale….he has even offered to help me learn all the buttons….which is a big deal for me!!
