We arrived at the Temecula Lexus dealer early for 10:30 am appointment. We were greeted by the customer service representative immediately and we were checked in immediately. The representative explained to us and confirmed the services that we were looking for. The waiting area was clean and very comfortable . We really appreciated the complimentary snacks and beverages. The services were completed before the estimate estimated timeframe. We appreciate the work that was done along with the complimentary car was wash while we were there.
