Derek Quinn made condescending comments about my location and misrepresented himself as a manager. His behavior was dismissive and unprofessional, making me feel undervalued as a customer. I escalated my concerns to the dealership president, who acknowledged the issue. If you value respect and professionalism, I strongly suggest considering another dealership.
