When ever I need any service done. I always like working with Jim Niemuth he is friendly and goes out of his way to listen to my concerns about any issues. The salesperson we worked with was excellent, however there were some discrepancies in a negotiated deal that were not met by the dealer. A deal had been agreed upon by both parties only to find an error there were some discrepancies in a negotiated deal that were not met by the dealer. A deal had been agreed upon by both parties only to find an error had been made on the part of Tenvoorde financing. They did work to close the gap on this error, but certainly put a damper on the whole process! I felt very bad for our salesperson Mike for having to make the phone call to tell us of their error! He handled the situation with class and knew that we’d be upset. Highly recommend Mike for future dealings. More
