Almost always a poor experience This review is for experiences that have taken place over the last couple of years. Almost every time I have service work done here it is a poor exper This review is for experiences that have taken place over the last couple of years. Almost every time I have service work done here it is a poor experience, including on both my personal and work vehicles. On one occasion I made an appointment weeks in advance for a recall and was told the work would take 2-3 days. When I contacted them on the third day, I was told the work hadn't even been started. On another occasion I again made an appointment several weeks in advance for a recall. I dropped by vehicle off at 6 am. I received a call after arriving home an hour later saying they didn't have the part and would not be able to get it. When I picked up my vehicle I didn't even receive an apology. On a third occasion I needed my oil pan replaced, which was under warranty. I was told it would take a day when I scheduled the appointment. When I arrived, I was told it would take two days. I had already made arrangements for the vehicle to be there only one day. I am unsure of the service advisor I dealt with on each occasion. More
Terrible! Appointment made for recall notice. Had to set up different work hours, arrange a shuttle and a ride for work and then told no recall work needed yet! Took car in for a recall on the pasenger side airbag I attempted on 3 different occasions over several months to schedule a defective air bag replacement and in each case, the dealer refused to provide a I attempted on 3 different occasions over several months to schedule a defective air bag replacement and in each case, the dealer refused to provide a loaner car. The cards I received from Ford instructing me to replace the dangerous defective air bag stated a loaner car could be provided. Every attempt I made to schedule the service I was refused a loaner car. I need a car to get to and from work. I finally took it in during time off I had during the holiday season, when I could do with out a car for the day and walked home and walked back to retrieve my car. The service people I did interact with were very polite and the work seems to have been done well. The refusal by Tenvoorde co.to provide a loaner car is very disappointing. More
