Will never be back We brought our f150 in for the shifting recall, and they did the recall but we were told we needed a new water pump. We were told it was leaking and We brought our f150 in for the shifting recall, and they did the recall but we were told we needed a new water pump. We were told it was leaking and the tank was empty. We brought it to our mechanic and he said that is a bunch of crap. There is nothing wrong with it and it isn't leaking. I think your service department tries to find things wrong when you do a recall just to make some money off of the recall More

Communication issues The dealership ran a credit report without authorization. I was clearly up front w/ sales rep that I had my own financing, yet the rep didn't ensure t The dealership ran a credit report without authorization. I was clearly up front w/ sales rep that I had my own financing, yet the rep didn't ensure the finance person didn't run it. I was then told there is no way to pull back the report to avoid the ding. The sales rep and customer service person asked me similar and or already answered questions multiple times. TALK TO EACH OTHER! Also, when provided initial paperwork, I saw a $199 fee for "Theft Guard". I was not told this up front. I asked and was told this is done on all their vehicles. It is VIN etching on all the glass to help prevent or recover a stolen vehicle. It was removed when asked to do so but shouldn't have been slipped in before closing the deal. The overall experience left me feeling like just a transaction, not the start of a long-term relationship for my future business. Recommendations can be positive or negative and I review both positive and negative experiences. I would have to think long and hard about doing business here again. It felt like a cliche dealer experience. I could get that vehicle elsewhere, I would have thought the World's Oldest Ford Dealership would have their act together better than this. Also, many of the ceiling tiles were stained. Clean the place up. More
