A little problem developed after tire rotation. Went back, Russ seen me pull in and came out and asked what was wrong. Talked about it and because of a time constraint I had rotated the tires back. When I brought my car in I was standing for about 20 minutes in the service center before anyone even acknowledged my presence, much less helped me. A couple of the guys looked like they were actually w minutes in the service center before anyone even acknowledged my presence, much less helped me. A couple of the guys looked like they were actually working, but others appeared to just be standing around chatting. Maybe they were on break, I don’t know, but someone easily could have just acknowledged me and let me know someone would be with me soon. But what’s the point of scheduling a time to drop off your car if no one is there to help you at that time and you just wait for 20 minutes? My issue was fixed, so there’s that. But I was not happy with the customer service experience. More
