This was absolutely the BEST car buying experience that I have ever had. Curtice went above and beyond to make this an ideal purchase for me. I went in and bought a 2010 Challenger SE. They gave me an awesome price for my trade and I was soon out the door. Not only that but I also looked at a 2007 Chevy Tahoe on their pre-owned lot. Curtice personally drove the tahoe to my home,(which was 45 miles away) so my wife could look at it. Then proceeded to take care of the paperwork from my kitchen table! I have bought many new vehicles in the past and can tell you some horror stories. I will be buying in the future from this dealer and would be more than happy to recommend them to my friends and family. 5 STARS doesn't even begin to rate my experience. I will continue dealing with Texas Dodge as long as Mr. Smith is there, his honesty and integrity is rare in that line of work that I have found. If he says he can do it, it will be done. He is up front with the price and there were no surprises at the signing table. I knew what I had to bring and we did not play that game (let me see what the manager will do ETC…) I hate that game. Phil Smith, our primary Sales Representative, is one of the most personnable and likeable people I've ever met. It was a real pleasure working with Phil. I always felt that he was being honest and genuine in his replies to my questions and concerns, and never felt pressured to make a decision regarding a purchase. Two words to describe Phil Smith: AWESOME and EXTRAORDINARY!!!!!!!!This man was great! We called Texas Dodge and asked for a sales person and was transferred to Phil. He went out of his way to make sure we were completely happy. We had a bad incident in the past with another dealer and were very picky. This wonderful man had never laid eyes on us and still went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He even had our brand new pickup trailered from Dallas just to make us happy. He was in touch with us daily through email or phone and he emailed pictures and anything else we needed. All we had to do was show up to pick it up. When we arrived Phil was taking one last look to make sure it was perfect sitting on that showroom floor and let me tell you it was!!!!
