Service dept was very cordial and kept me informed on the progress of servicing my Tiguan. Service advisor Carlos was very professional and listened to my concerns. I was told Service work would take 3 hrs i progress of servicing my Tiguan. Service advisor Carlos was very professional and listened to my concerns.
