Quality service with quality amenities My check engine light came on unexpectedly two days earlier. The engine turned over very slowly, but otherwise my XC60 ran smooth. Somewhat panicked My check engine light came on unexpectedly two days earlier. The engine turned over very slowly, but otherwise my XC60 ran smooth. Somewhat panicked, I was able to secure a Saturday morning appointment. I wasn’t sure how long I’d have to wait, so I brought some work with me. The Oak Park Service Center took my car at the appointed time. The service rep, Robert, greeted me with a genuine smile and a calming manner. Once the problem was diagnosed, Robert kept me informed and updated me on my car’s overall condition. My rear brakes also needed attention, and Robert took care of that as well, applying a 10% discount for the brake repair. (The check engine issue was covered by the OEM warranty). I was able to get work done, enjoy complimentary water and an apple and get out, on my way in less than 3 hours! Thank you Autobarn of Oak Park! Good Job. More
