Here at The BMW Store we’ve done a lot in over 4 decades and are very proud of our past and looking forward to an incredible future. Our customers have taken us a long way but here’s a little bit about how it all started!
It was in 1979 that Tom Schwartz obtained his franchise from BMW. Prior to that, he had been deeply involved with BMWs as a technician. From 1971 – 1976, Tom ran an independent service repair business called The BMW Store. With those roots, his dealership has always placed a premium on customer service with the goal of assuring customers a hassle-free ownership experience. Today, nearly 125 employees at The BMW Store are dedicated to helping people discover the joys of driving a BMW.
There’s a highly trained, knowledgeable sales staff for both new and pre-owned BMWs, an inventory of over 100 new and pre-owned BMWs is maintained to provide excellent selection, and master technicians head service teams specialized in the various operating systems of BMWs. Our extensive assortment of well-maintained pre-owned cars are showcased in our state-of-the art Cincinnati showroom. These include BMW models, as well as those made by other marques. Strange Beginning I live very close to the BMW Store, I was on my way to the gym when a M3 with dealer tags pulled behind me at a stop light. I gave him the thumbs up I live very close to the BMW Store, I was on my way to the gym when a M3 with dealer tags pulled behind me at a stop light. I gave him the thumbs up and i followed him down the road to the store to salivate over his ride. Needless to say the M3 was out of my league and searched the lot for a pre owned that fit my needs. At that time I found no matches. Later I found a 2013 128i M Sport that lit my fire, we haggled bad and forth for 2 months on and off in a good hearted fashion until we came up with a EXCELLENT agreement. I had previous dealings with the BMW Store with mixed emotions, but I can tell you straight up i would recommend them to anybody now. Go see Paul Cassady...he'll fix you up More

The pre-owned vehicle I was looking at was very thoroughly looked over by skilled technicians and a complete explanation of the status of the car was provided to me. I did not have to negotiate a fair price for the car because that is what John gave me as the initial price. He then helped me get a couple of items repaired on the car at a fair price. He also has the car detailed for me and when I took delivery I was amazed at how clean the car was.
