It was in 1979 that Tom Schwartz obtained his franchise from BMW. Prior to that, he had been deeply involved with BMWs as a technician. From 1971 – 1976, Tom ran an independent service repair business called The BMW Store. With those roots, his dealership has always placed a premium on customer service with the goal of assuring customers a hassle-free ownership experience. Today, nearly 125 employees at The BMW Store are dedicated to helping people discover the joys of driving a BMW.
There’s a highly trained, knowledgeable sales staff for both new and pre-owned BMWs, an inventory of over 100 new and pre-owned BMWs is maintained to provide excellent selection, and master technicians head service teams specialized in the various operating systems of BMWs. Our extensive assortment of well-maintained pre-owned cars are showcased in our state-of-the art Cincinnati showroom. These include BMW models, as well as those made by other marques. The Cincinnati BMW Store Sales Associates are very customer focused. I always feel welcome each time I visit. Eric helped me navigate through these various options when placing the order, explaining the differences between individual choices versus package choices which typically provide a better value. This was after I attempted to make selections on the Mini website. It was good to talk with an expert versus just relying on a written explanation. Eric was realistic on order timing and the car arrived ahead of schedule. I traded in a 2009 coupe and felt I received a fair trade. More

The lease of my Mini was a great experience for me. I was warmly welcomed by Whitney who did a great job determining my wants and needs. Everything was thoroughly explained and discussed.I was able to test drive the exact car I wanted to lease, by myself, which is appreciated as test driving with a sales person can be too distracting. I wish I'd received more on the trade-in (but isn't that always the case?). Chico in the finance department was a delight even though it was the very end of the day. Whitney did a great job demonstrating the car's functions to me, and helped me with the settings before I drove it home. I received a follow up call from her the next day - just checking in to make sure I was happy and to see if I had any questions. Then Chico phoned to let me know I qualified for a rebate, which was a nice surprise. When I stopped out to sign the new paperwork, I was greeted by name and made to feel like a special customer. I will definitely recommend both Whitney and Cincinnati Mini to others! More

I have had a wonderful experience ordering my new BMW with Chris!! I came to him recently (Chris worked with my husband, Bill Cordes, when Bill bought his BMW) when I was shopping for a new car. I hav with Chris!! I came to him recently (Chris worked with my husband, Bill Cordes, when Bill bought his BMW) when I was shopping for a new car. I have had two Saab convertibles and I have been very happy with both cars. Eventhough I had under 60,000 miles I was concerned that parts are "drying up" for Saabs since they have gone out of business. By the time I got to Chris I had pretty much narrowed my shopping down to BMW, and specifically the BMW 128 convertible. It replicated the size that I was comfortable with and it offers a peppy fun car that I thought I would enjoy driving. After meeting with Chris, he helped me recognize that to get the color combination that I wanted and to get the xenon headlights I would have to special order the car. Chris made the process so easy and he stayed on top of the order throughout so that I was able to pick up my car and head to Michigan for the summer right on schedule! I love my Bimmer! The ride is great, the performance at high speed is excellent, and the upgrade for me for hands free phone, satellite radio, and Pandora is a big plus. The seats are very comfortable and I love the look of my car. Many of our friends and family members have been awed by the color combination and the look of the car, and I feel the same.
