Excellent Buying Experience! 3 years ago, After shopping for months for the perfect vehicle and the right dealership to do business with, my fiancee and I decided to take a drive 3 years ago, After shopping for months for the perfect vehicle and the right dealership to do business with, my fiancee and I decided to take a drive to the Chevy Echange in Lake Bluff, Illinois, which was a bit of a drive for us. I am currently a Customer Service Manager in Racine, Wi. I must admit, I can be a bit critical with the service I expect to receive since I am in the field myself.. From the moment we walked through the door, we were welcomed immediately. We met with a Salesperson named Danny Trujillo. He took the time to ask me what I was looking for, he didnt pressure me into make a sale, which is very important for me. He answered all of my questions, he gave me the best deal I could find and he even followed up with me after my purchase to see how I like my vehicle and if I had any questions. Less than a week ago, I was shopping for a new vehicle once again. This time I knew exactly who to see and where to go.. Back to Chevy Exchange to see Danny Trujillo. I am proud to say I am a now a new owner of a 2018 Chevy Trax! Not only has Danny been amazing both times, but the staff also knows what consistent excellent service is all about! From the sales department, to financing, and the service department, I couldnt ask for a better experience! P.s. And the cookies are fantastic!! ;) More

Great car buying experience My husband and I had spent a weekend at a different Chevy dealership in the city. We were in the finance room about to sign papers on a 2018 Chevy Tra My husband and I had spent a weekend at a different Chevy dealership in the city. We were in the finance room about to sign papers on a 2018 Chevy Traverse when my husband realized the car was not AWD, something we were very adamant about wanting with our sales guy. We ended up leaving after being there for many hours frustrated and carless. They said they would look for the vehicle we wanted and be in touch. After 3 days we still hadn't heard anything so we started calling around to other dealerships. The Lake Bluff group was helpful from the start. My husband explained to them that we would be traveling over an hour to get there and that I was very pregnant and that we might have our other tired kids with us. Upon arrival they gave us water, pulled up a few Traverses they had in stock, and didn't give us any go around. We told them the features we wanted and were not willing to go without. In the matter of 1 hour we had test drove 2 models, price compared and settled on a sale price. Danny Trujillo was great and worked quickly to get the deal closed, but never rushed us (mind you were came in just before they closed for the evening). While we had already done financing through another lended, Emir helped us promptly sign all the necessary documents and helped get us out the door. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had and would highly recommend the Chevy Exchange to anyone! More

Very quickly after walking in Baha came to assist me. I knew I wanted a truck just not sure which one I liked the best. Baha made the experiance very easy and he was extreamly attentive to showing all the features on the vehicle and explaining how everything worked. Most people would just want to run out of work but he took the time to stay after the dealership closed and make sure we were taken care of. He stayed till he was sure we were happy with the service provided. I greatly appreciate his time and attentiveness. I will recommend him and this dealership to anyone I know. Everyone I had contact with did a fantastic job. More

Chevy tahaoe Overall we had a great experience with the dealership. My only dissatisfaction is the inside of the vehicle was not cleaned. Also we thought that we had everything negotiated ahead of time before we picked up the vehicle to make it a quick process to sign paperwork but ended up spending 2 1/2 hours there. More
