My husband was thrilled. We decided to make the two hour drive from Southern Vermont, and were greeted warmly on arrival. We had easy rapport with Ted, and excellent conversation during the long financial process with Zach (okay, if I’m honest it was only long because we couldn’t stop talking). Three days later we returned to pick up the Jeep, which needed an O2 sensor. A couple days later my husband noticed the Jeep didn’t have a muffler - someone had taken it out and their mechanic apparently missed it - the sound hadn’t changed from our first visit and test drive. Fortunately, a quick phone call sorted it all out. All in all we’re very satisfied with our experience despite being a little surprised such an obvious piece, needed for inspections throughout New England, would be missing from the vehicle. However, their assurance that they must sell an inspection-ready vehicle, and quick action to right the issue saved their review, and our overall impression. Thanks, guys! We can’t wait to get out on the class 4s! More

I bought a 1999 Porsche 911 and traded that up for a 2015 Porsche 911 convertible 4. Also got a Porsche Panamera and recently upgraded it to BMW X6. Also purchased a X1 for my daughter and my friend who I referred, bought a Ford Edge. All great cars that these guys also service. I am coming here for ALL of my car needs from now on. First time at Dealership Was looking to purchase a Mercedes GLK and they had 2 nice ones. Was greeted by Ted and I explained budget concerns he told me they had many banks and Was looking to purchase a Mercedes GLK and they had 2 nice ones. Was greeted by Ted and I explained budget concerns he told me they had many banks and credit unions to go through. I decided on one vehicle. In a matter of 20 minutes he secured me a loan with a great interest rate. Unfortunately I did not purchase because of unexpected expense. Called Ted to explain and he was more than understanding. Ted is a straight shooter, very honest ( for a used car dealer ). I would have a beer with him! Hopefully down the line I will deal with him and purchase a vehicle. They Give "Used Car Dealers" a Bad Name My experience at this dealership was the worst experience both my wife and I have ever had buying a car. The people we worked with (Jimmy and Chad) a My experience at this dealership was the worst experience both my wife and I have ever had buying a car. The people we worked with (Jimmy and Chad) are not above false promises, twisting words, or lying. They were quick to come up with "easy" solutions to issues we pointed out on the vehicle and promised to get them fixed. Instead, we have found ourselves on the phone for hours, either on hold, or trying to get them to follow through on promises. Three months later we are still waiting, and getting around on a rental. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. More
