The initial experience was good and I purchased the vehicle that day. However the finance person was not available when I returned for pickup and all the papers did not get signed. As someone from out of state getting the correct paperwork has been a challenge. I had to get an inspection in Delaware and when I mailed it in as instructed it could not be found. I have purchased other vehicles from out of state and have not had any issues. It has been disappointing and I am not finished yet. More

I drove to Baltimore from Montgomery County because they 1) Had the 2023 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid SEL Convenience in Silver with Gray interior, 2) were willing to drop the ADM, and 3) Were knowledgeable and not pushy, and willing to share the amazing features of the cars. I had test-driven numerous vehicles, but for the price, availability, economy, and features, I had zeroed in on the Tucson. Chris also went the extra mile helping resolve what we both thought were numerous rust pitting specks on the hood. Turns out they were just "rail dust". He had lined up a loaner, and they were willing to repaint the hood, but we agreed that the Detailer's work had resolved the issue without compromising the factory paint job. Chris was also very patient sharing the vehicle's "bells and whistles". Very happy with my choice, and thankful for Chris' assistance and expertise. More
