Was charged for a $600 repair for them to lie about the damage. I’m more disappointed than upset. This entire ordeal cost me a days worth of work, a rental car, and a migraine. What should’ve been just an oil change was an entire oil pan replaced “just because”. The technician assumed that the threading was stripped and that there was a chunk missing. I’m beyond grateful I asked for my oil pan after the repair. It wasn’t stripped and there wasn’t any chunks missing. My family has been coming here for years, all 3 of us lease all of our cars from here, and we are all just disappointed. I specifically drove here from New York because I trusted you guys above everyone else. I just hope that this provides an example for training purposes and going forward, technicians are provided with an immersive amount of training prior to diagnosing issues. Thank you for refunding me, I wish I could feel differently. More

Although I think the service was over priced for spark plugs, almost $300, What??? Also when I purchased my car at VW my windshield was cracked and I called the dealership and was advised that i need to speak with Dino my sales person. I decided to call him and come by for him to see the windshield but he was never around. A year has passed by and I decided to show the picture to Gregory and was told by management it was to late, which it probably was. I even had the picture from August 2019 that was taken, but the manager told me it was to late. More
