From the car salesmen who guided me outside, to the two men at the service center, the man who gave me the paperwork and of course the lovely ladies I talked to on the phone; all of these people were friendly to me as it was my first time bringing my car here to service. They took care of the servicing and much more that my car need and all with a smile and constant updates via text. I appreciate all the time they took on me and my car and the fact that we were able to chat through texting made it much more convenient. I did not get a chance to use the shuttle service but the fact that they offered was very sweet and seems convenient as well. Thank you for everything! More
Great Service - Pricing Structure a bit Flawed Additional items were flagged for service. I also had an issue with the windshield washer not working. You would think since they are in there ANYWAY Additional items were flagged for service. I also had an issue with the windshield washer not working. You would think since they are in there ANYWAY that the labor part of the quote would be discounted, but no. So I got a $5 fuse plus a $120 labor charge. The same thing with the quote for the brake fluid flush and Power steering flush and brake pad installation. I ended up having to make plans to go elsewhere. More
I have purchased vehicles at this dealership and have only taken my 2012 Jetta there for all servicing. This latest experience was less than satisfactory for these reasons: when I called to make the ap only taken my 2012 Jetta there for all servicing. This latest experience was less than satisfactory for these reasons: when I called to make the appointment I was clear that I needed the car back as soon as possible. I was told service would open at 7 am the next day. I arrived early with only one person ahead of me and he was there for an oil change. I heard nothing and when I called 5 hours later I was told the car had not even been looked at. 2 hours after that I received a call telling me that the work was major, would need part(s) ordered, cost $2500, and would take several days. When I asked why so long I was told there was a shortage of technicians. It took a week and a half, cost $2658 and when I picked it up I was told the car might not have been washed and was offered a coupon so I could take it myself to the car wash. I declined. My rating(s) on the survey will reflect my experience. More
