Excellent! I bought my car from another VW dealer, which is where I take my car for service. I work in Newark and when I went to leave, my key would not turn. I I bought my car from another VW dealer, which is where I take my car for service. I work in Newark and when I went to leave, my key would not turn. I ended up being towed to Three County VW, where I had to leave my car and put the key in the night drop. I had my fingers crossed that the service dept would be able to help me the next day. Greg called me first thing in the morning (not too early, thank you!) to go over what happened. He was very understanding in realizing that I would need to know by @ 11am if I would need a rental car. My car was fixed that day. Greg displayed excellent communication by keeping me informed. I think because of the excellent job he and the staff did, I will start bringing my car to Three County VW for service, especially since they will provide a courtesy shuttle to my office in Newark.
