Not terribly happy with service. Skylight failed on my car. Brought it in, was told three hours or so and theyd know what kind of damage it would take. They would call me. Six hours later and two phone calls later, I was told the cost and that it would take ten days Or so. Looking into getting a new car from the dealer, I was treated poorly and then offered a 20% discount and use of a loaner to keep my car there for service. It took them 25 days to repair my car. When I picked it up, was told they washed it for me. It was not washed. They did give me a coupon for a car wash. There was sealant and lube from the skylight replacement standing on top of my dash. The rearview mirror fell off upon leaving the dealership because the technician did not properly install it back on the car. Greg was very nice and helpful to me. The rest of the dealership was not. I will not be returning there for service or to purchase a new vehicle. More

Great Service Again! I had multiple issues with my vehicle when I brought it to Three County Volkswagen. Additionally the service work required Three County Volkswagen to work with the third party extended warranty company, which was a multi step process, which included the an inspection of the proposed repairs prior to the warranty company providing authorization to complete the work. Greg did an excellent job communicating through the entire process. The repairs were authorized by the warranty company and the vehicle was repaired perfectly.
