I came in on a very busy Saturday for an engine light diagnosis, despite the row of cars waiting to be serviced I was expeditiously checked in and provided a shuttle service back home. In a couple of hours vw got in contact with me and communicated that my car required a longer than expected service, which luckily was covered under the warrantee. VW provides me with a loner car for the time that my car being serviced, I also took advantage of the accommodations to replace my windshield glass, my car remained in vw for a week, all through that time vw and their staff did not fail to communicate the status of my car’s repairs. I highly recommend this dealership, I do regret not buying my car from this dealership but I’m glad to come here for service every time!! More

The dashboard warning light has been on-and-off for more than 6 months now and the system is not telling which light is burn/burning. Cassandra went out of her way to help me every time but there is so much she, and the crew can do if the company does not give them the tools they need. My very STRONG advice is to present a request to VW to update the car's software so it can pint-point the trouble light rather than just generically indicate that there is a light problem. It is costing time and money to the crew and my trying to fix this to no avail. More
