Three County Volkswagen, a premier VW dealership in Northern New Jersey has been in business for over 50 years. Our NJ Volkswagen dealership has been selling and servicing VW's and used cars in Essex, Bergen, Hudson & Passaic counties since 1965. We have always been family owned and are on our second generation of the Volkswagen dealership. Robert Senior was the original owner and Scott Senior is now running the business. At Three County VW, we pride ourselves on our very low employee turnover rate. We like our customers to always have a friendly face they recognize when they walk in the door. Three County Volkswagen believes in being active in the community. We have sponsored the July 4th celebration in Rutherford since 2004, as well as participated and sponsored various other community events. Some of the highlights of our community involvement have been sponsoring Lyndhurst Music under the Stars night as well as Lyndhurst High School.

Poor experience My car battery of my Volkswagen Passat was dead after 2 years during my lease which is unheard of. I was set on replacing my battery from firestone bu My car battery of my Volkswagen Passat was dead after 2 years during my lease which is unheard of. I was set on replacing my battery from firestone but my sales guy Dino told me to go to their service department and they will "hook me up". After 2 hours at Firestone I left and went to volkswagen service to wait another 2 hours for the examination even though I told them the issue. After 2 hours they tell me they are quoting me the same exact price for the battery that firestone quoted me a few hours before and they considered that a "deal". After arguing with both the service and sales department I told them to give me my keys back and I was going to waste more of my time to go back to firestone because I didn't want to give them any business. Both my brother and myself have leased cars from this location. I told them not to contact me me again as my lease was going to end in less than a year. They have continuously tried to contact me to lease another car even after I wrote to management multiple times about my experience and to remove me from their distribution list. Never have I gotten a response or apology about my experience however they do try their best to push products. More

Best Prices for Parts and Service of all VW Dealerships! I have been to and have dealt with and have been to almost ever VW dealership in North Jersey. Three County VW has the best prices for service and par I have been to and have dealt with and have been to almost ever VW dealership in North Jersey. Three County VW has the best prices for service and parts hands down of any VW dealership I have been to in NJ and NY. The Service department is exceptional! The Parts department is exceptional! They provide loaner vehicles at no cost to you unlike some dealerships that want to rent you a car instead and they will absolutely work with you on pricing. This dealership is the first and only one that offered me the lowest possible price right up front. When I was quoted I already knew I stepped on a diamond. Same with the Parts Department. If you bring your business here you will never have to shop around again. It will cost you money to not deal with Three County. I can not tell them enough how much I appreciate them. I have just exceeded 140K miles on my TDI and doing everything that needs to be done to get another 140K Miles has been a pleasure. Whether you get the work done here or get the parts you need to do it yourself, you are not winning unless you are use Three County VW. More
