Pretty bad technicians and manager. They don't listen to your problems and keep the car for whole day and do nothing. Despite of sharing the problem they say all is good when they didn't even check why it's your problems and keep the car for whole day and do nothing. Worst experience ever. I brought my car there on a Saturday just for an oil change and I did not get my car back until Monday. Matt who was my service provider never sent me a message to tell me my ca Saturday just for an oil change and I did not get my car back until Monday. Matt who was my service provider never sent me a message to tell me my car was ready, nor did I ever get a call from anyone to pick it up. When I went to pick up my car on Monday they tell me it’s covered under warranty and I did not have to pay for the oil change when preciously they swore it was not covered because I extended my lease. Now, my driver side won’t lock and they couldn’t give me an appointment until November unless I was willing to leave my car there until they can work on it. Also, when I called on Saturday after I received no call to pick up my car the sales representative who was still there refused to help me and left 5 minutes before 6:00 PM, which is when they close, when I said I was coming there to figure this out. I should of listened to everyone who told me never to take my car there. More
Absolutely horrific customer service, Matt the Service Manager should be ashamed of himself and Volkswagen should look into firing this fraud.
