My experience with the team and facility during service was very good. I was disappointed in that I paid to diagnose the problem and order the part to repair. I followed up and set an appointment for the repair. I paid for the repair and it did not resolve the issue. The original diagnosis was incorrect. I was offered further diagnosis for an additional $200. My trust has been lost so I have not proceeded to do further diagnosis. Invested to date $300 for diagnosis and install of a $20 part. And still have the issue. More
