The service tech was awesome. He called me and told me what needed to be done and the time frame. Everything was completed within 2 days which was great since it’s my work truck. The service writer saw that truck had a plow and immediately stated it was probably in the plow harness. “Tech assessed it and said if you move plow wiring the issue occurs.” After picking up the ve immediately stated it was probably in the plow harness. “Tech assessed it and said if you move plow wiring the issue occurs.” After picking up the vehicle my mechanic and I tried to make the issue happen by moving the plow wiring and we could not. I am very disappointed in the. Service I received. A simple software update that may not have been necessary resulted in a cracked windshield, a broken infotainment system, no conn Service I received. A simple software update that may not have been necessary resulted in a cracked windshield, a broken infotainment system, no connectivity to OnStar and wifi, having to wait for four hours in the service lobby one day and having to return another day and spend over an hour while they still couldn't deliver my vehicle out of service. I've been in a lease vehicle for several days that's not comparable to my vehicle. I wish I would have never gone to Tim Lally for awrvice. It was a bad decision. More
