I purchased my new truck from Tom Ahl Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. It was a great experience from the start. Josh, Mindi and Tom Brown were as always very helpful and exceeded my expectations once again. My trade-in had been appraised and I was happy with the price. I had some health issues arise and was not able to pursue the truck at that time. I told Josh I was sorry. He could not care less about me buying a truck and was more concerned about my health. I was more than just a customer to the whole Tom Ahl family. I was able to pursue the truck again in late October. Josh had the used car mananger look at my trade-in again since it been more than a month since my last visit there. To my surprise it was more than before. How often would you see that at other dealerships? The truck I wanted was at another dealership and Tom Ahl arranged, traded and picked up my truck-at no extra cost-at the other dealership the next business day. Had a great sales experience with Todd Johnson. We first touched base with him when he came out in the pouring rain to see if there was any way he could help as we were just checking our the lot.
