My trade in was very fairly priced and there were zero smoke and mirrors. Mr. Jacob Rice was very professional and treated me like family, again no gimmicks, lies, games or hidden addenda’s. Only great help and support in finding me the right truck and helping me through the process. Jacob was very knowledgeable and informative when it came to learning details and specs of the vehicle being looked at. The finance office was also a breeze. Mr. Tom helped with working in the additional warranty that suited my budget. Quick, in and out process and again no hidden anything, only real business and respect. Big thanks to Tom!! My wife and I drove away that evening in awe of how great we were treated and how easy the process was. James Wood is hands down the best dealership I have ever stepped foot in and I don’t doubt that they are the best in this area of the country to work with.
