The dealership is solely focused on closing deals. The workers are overworked and don’t give the best quality service to customers. They do not know what time management is or care to learn. We were told that if we paid a deposit and came back the next morning to finish everything up the sales person would have be able ti focus more and not be pushing through costumers and giving short answers. We were promised that the car would be cleaned up and ready to go in the morning. However, the next day the sales person is running 15 minutes behind our scheduled appointment time. Once all the paperwork is finalized, which had multiple difficulties due to being electronic based and the computer freezer, the car had not been cleaned at all. We purchased a dealer demos car and the inside was filthy!!! They had fast food wrappers on the floor, sticky liquid on the cup holders, and pieces of French fries between the seats. The fact that we had to mention that the car had not been cleaned is ridiculous and the sales persons response was the manager will take care of it. We then had to wait 45 minutes to them clean the car that we were told would be ready to go if finalized the deal in two days rather than one. Once we were finally able to leave we were told if we had any issues or found anything else to call them and it would get taken care of immediately. Well that was a complete lie! A day later when the weather was nicer we found an issue with the sunroof and were told we had to call the service department to schedule them to look at the car. The service department said well we can’t do anything for 7 days. I 100% do not recommend buying a dealer demo car from this dealership. The cars are not taken care of and the workers did not care to look into anything after the deal was completed. More
