Dissapointing Experience We purchased a 2015 Malibu for cash over two months ago. We thought because we live in Ohio that was why they would mail the title. They still have the cash and we still have no title. We cannot get plates! It seems way to shady for a new car dealer but it is the truth. I am legal power of attorney for Alma Harmon who purchased this for her son Duane. I assisted in the transaction and assumed because we were Ohio residents that was why they could not produce a title immediately. Alma is a recent widow 86 years of age and gets the run around and broken promises for two solid months. It feels like elder abuse. I feel like we have been too kind in this situation.
