"No Pressure" experience. My old car was 10 years old and I told my friend that I dreaded the idea of shopping for a new car. I just wanted to look at cars and did not want a p My old car was 10 years old and I told my friend that I dreaded the idea of shopping for a new car. I just wanted to look at cars and did not want a pushy salesman bothering me. Upon entering the dealership, I was introduced to the sales manager, Greg. He explained to me that the salespeople are on salary with a bonus when they sell a car. This eliminates the "pressure" from the salesperson. I was in sales for over 37 years and I developed my business with repeat customers and referrals by not pressuring clients. Greg introduced me to Brian Chapman who was a very nice person, not pushy, and knowledgeable about cars. He gave me my space to browse and was there when I had questions. He and Greg gave me prices on two cars that interested me. I left the dealership to go home and study the paperwork. Wow! I did not feel any pressure. I returned the next day and purchased my Chevrolet Equinox. I love my car and had a very positive experience with Tom Gill Chevrolet. As a former salesperson, I have to congratulate your business plan on selling cars. It works!!!! More
