I would like to say this was a extremely refreshingly different experience as a result of the straightforward and honest communication from the beginning, starting with the advanced email communications. Our contact with this dealership again via an inquiry into a vehicle they had listed on the Internet site. Chris reached out to us and was extremely helpful and very customer focused. The vehicle we initially were interested in, turned out not to be exactly what we were wanting once we sought in person, however, Chris rather than just trying to throw something else at us, had listen to exactly what we were looking for and within minutes several other options that did exactly match what we were seeking were made available to us. The Steeler ships method of pricing is also refreshing to people, like myself, who do not like all the back-and-forth haggling. He sent it up for me and my wife to see the van once we walked in he was there to welcome us and offer refreshments we checked out the van and it wasn't quit what we were looking for and this was when i expected to get haggled and tide down...but no he told me he wouldn't want to buy something he wasn't completely happy with so he shook our hands and asked if we would let him find the van we wanted i told him sure then before we left he asked if we wanted some refreshments for the road...Yeah i know right thats what i mean when i say this guy was top notch... so anyway he ended up finding the van we wanted brought us back and it was great exactly what we wanted he even stayed late to be sure we were taken care of till everything was done and we were in our van he walked us out and gave his number and said "you have any problems or have any questions about scheduling oil changes and services let me know ill do whatever you need... He had no issue leaving the store like other car dealerships - they accepted that he couldn't purchase a vehicle because it wasn't his decision ultimately but that we would be back. When we came back, Hannah was prepared with Carfax reports and brought the ones I was interested in up front so we could test drive them. We decided on one and went in to finalize the sale. It took a while, but that was mostly because we were going through another bank for the loan instead of using their service. If we hadn't, I'm sure it would have taken much less time. Throughout the entire wait, Hannah was patient and asked if we needed anything. My first car buying experience was completely different from how I imagined it due to the great customer service we received from Hannah. More
