Misrepresentation-NO follow through 1. Told several times by sales person that I would be reimbursed for oil changes (if they occur out of state) as long as they were performed by an AS 1. Told several times by sales person that I would be reimbursed for oil changes (if they occur out of state) as long as they were performed by an ASE certified mechanic. NOT TRUE. 2. Since we pur. truck across river in Ky, I had to take a form to an OH bmv (to receive title). Was told I would we reimbursed, NOTHING yet. Actually left message with finance person (Mindy) about obtaining the title/reimbursement. Never called me back. Had to call again and was connected with someone who would check on my title. 3. Had to call/email my sales associate, Jacob Hargis SIX times in order to get promised car fax report and information on the free oil changes. He finally responded, stating that all the information was placed in the out going mail. That was NINE days ago. Guess I'll have to speak to the manager. NO FOLLOW THROUGH!! Make sure you receive everything promised before you leave business, or better yet, go else where. More
