I wouldn’t have guessed when we walked in it was his second day, nor when we bought our car we would be his first sale. It was a big moment for us and him and we took a selfie together in front of car to commemorate. Austin focused on getting us a vehicle tailoring to our wants and although he tried to find us a vehicle in our price range we looked at the vehicle we had found on the website before coming in. He was very professional when showing us the car and was not pushy. I enjoyed him not selling us the car or talking our ear off and instead letting us see the car and enjoy the car without someone talking in our ear. He answered all our questions and if he didn’t know the answer, he found it out. I could tell he cared about putting us first and making sure whatever car we chose it was the one best for our family, needs and budget. Greg in the finance department was amazing and funny. Mindy was the best, she helped us and finalized the car purchase. From the time we walked in to her office and discussed all the information for car, I continued to feel a sense of customer first. This company provides a great work atmosphere from my view of workers and concentrated on taking care of their customers. This makes customer service the best because their employees can focus less on wording about commission, cause they are salary, and more about finding the customer the perfect car for them. When we began our tour I realized how much Tom Gill Chevrolet puts their customers first, from the ease of service to the rentals for long service, the available resturant and the kid zone Tom Gill Chevrolet puts customers needs first. And in a color I liked, which was a bonus. I got the car a couple grand under blue book and got free lifetime oil changes, tire rotations, car washes, and a lifetime powertrain guarantee included. That added a few grand in value in my eyes because I hope to keep the car for several years. After having the OnStar trial a few days, the Chevy's diagnostics are fantastic, letting me know if tire pressure needs adjusted or if maintenance is needed. It seems that Cheyenne and the dealership see the sale as a commitment to the performance of the vehicle as long as I own it, opposed to just at the time of sale. More
