When we arrived at the dealership we were impressed with the attentiveness and genuine caring attitude of the staff there. Bill Loftus made us feel comfortable in his knowledge of the vehicle. We had done extensive research beforehand so we knew he knew what he was talking about. A con which was not a big deal but worth mentioning most car dealerships you can negotiate for a better price, at Tom Gill there is no negotiating, they price their vehicles competitively and reasonable. My wife and I are pleased with our experience and will likely drive the 1hr 50mins again to do business with them. Honorable mentions are Greg the sales manager (I believe) and falicia also the sales manager were friendly and very professional, at no time did we feel pressured or hounded to buy. More
