Excellent service! We walked in not expecting to purchase a vehicle. We were just going to look at the Silverado's to see if they had the options my husband wanted. Douglas greeted us and we told him we wanted to look at the trucks. It was freezing outside and he had us sit inside the showroom floor and he went to get a truck. He brought it back indoors so that we can see it under the lights and not be freezing outside. Without knowing it, he brought the exact truck my husband and I previously discussed. I wanted a specific color (Silver Ice Metallic), while my husband wanted certain options, as well as a 4x4. He explained everything that was on the truck. When he got to the part that it was a V8 engine, my husband knew he had to test drive it. We left the lot and when we returned we knew this was the truck we wanted but not without getting a decent deal. There was no haggling, no pressure, no scheming, just straight up answers. We received a screaming deal and have never had better customer service from any dealership. We walked in at 6:45pm, test drove the truck, got back to the lot at 7:45pm, wrote the deal up, they closed at 8pm and they stayed until 9pm to finalize our deal. That was the fastest we have ever gotten out of a dealership and it was awesome! We will return when it's time to trade the truck in. There's a lot to be said when customer service is so excellent! Instead, I felt Todd not only listened to what I wanted and matched me with the perfect vehicle but I felt he also did a great job representing my interest in the negotiation of the purchase price. I also enjoyed working with Mark Miller on the financing portion. He did a great job explaining the different financing options available to me. I was really impressed that Mark called me the next day because he had found an honest mistake in my paperwork that when corrected worked out in my favor.
