Easy to work with Todd was very helpful and knowledgeable. I liked that they took me out with them on the "ride along" of my previous vehicle and made any phone calls Todd was very helpful and knowledgeable. I liked that they took me out with them on the "ride along" of my previous vehicle and made any phone calls in front of me. By doing this, I did not feel out of the loop, or that they were doing something shady as other dealerships have done. The only negative is that I asked that my credit ONLY be ran once, Knowing that I have A+ credit, I did not need to shop around for a better rate. This was confirmed to me by Todd and the sales manager, Greg. and we came to an agreed upon rate. When I went to sign the papers, the financing guy stated "I got you a better rate." It was 4/10 of a percent better which equated to about $4 a month difference, but ran my credit through 4 different lenders. I only found out about this through my bank, in which I have credit monitoring. This upset me, because it knocked my credit score down almost 30 points. Yes, it will come back up, but if "character" is what you pride your dealership on, then please do not run multiple credit checks for a savings of $4 without informing the customer. More
