Uncaring Salesperson/no follow-thru I was referred to Steve Fischer by a co-worker after going to another dealership. I wanted good customer service in selecting a vehicle. I made my appointment with Linda for Steve and he was waiting and ready for me. Steve made notes of what I was looking for in a vehicle and went to work on the search. I knew that I wanted an SUV/crossover but that was it. He was patient and understanding with helping me and my husband. The longest part of being there was me deciding on the vehicle. The only part of the visit that I did not care for was the sales pitch/presentation that the dealership makes everyone do. It is almost like going to a time share presentation. A flip book of what and how the dealership handles the sales is not always the most important part of a transaction. I also did not like the fact that because my name was not put on the loan with my husband that my name was not included on the title (information that was not told to either of us). I find this practice of not informing the customer of such action to be rude. My husband has been told that if the wife is to be added to the title, then he must go thru another loan process. Would I buy another vehicle from this dealership, never. Would I recommend this dealership, never. Horrible customer service and follow-thru. More
