Also Chan Dam David Skiles was great to work with on my truck purchase, he is very personable and seems to genuinely care about your sales experience. Also Chan Dambaugh (Finance Manager) was excellent to deal with and works dilligantly to get you the best finance rate that he can! On the other hand the upper tier of sales managers are slow to make decisions and really keep you waiting needlessly, that is if you don't agree with the first deal that they throw on the table. The entire purchase experience took in excess of 5 hrs. and could have been half of that if they didn't go back and forth trying to figure out the DEAL. More
